Quote, delivery and installation terms
Request, quote acceptance and order
Information submitted through the website is a request for quotation, not a binding order. Product choices, prices, visualisations and preliminary dates must be reviewed by nexroom before a quote is issued. A binding agreement is formed only when the Customer has accepted a written quote and the seller has then issued a written order confirmation, unless the quote expressly states otherwise.
The quote is valid for 30 days from its date unless otherwise stated. A person accepting represents that they are authorised to bind the Customer. The order confirmation, accepted quote, these terms and the account and service terms form the agreement and prevail in that order in the event of conflict unless the master agreement states otherwise.
Price, VAT and additional work
All prices are in Swedish kronor and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The quote separately states hardware, licences and other recurring fees, freight, installation and known additions. Prices on the website are preliminary; the accepted quote and order confirmation control.
Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date unless the quote states otherwise. Late payment carries default interest under the Swedish Interest Act and statutory compensation for recovery costs. Work or material outside the agreed scope normally requires the Customer's written approval and is charged under the approved change or current price list.
Customer site and prerequisites
The Customer must provide accurate room and contact information, appoint an authorised contact and grant access at the agreed time. Unless the quote states otherwise, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is safe and accessible and that structural capacity, electrical supply, networking, building, fire and working-environment conditions are suitable. Before work starts, the Customer must disclose asbestos, safety rules and other known risks. Site measurement or a site visit is included only when stated in the quote.
Delivery and installation
The seller is nexroom. The installer is nexroom. Where a subcontractor performs work on the seller's behalf, the seller is responsible for that performance as its own unless the Customer has contracted directly with the subcontractor.
Delivery and installation dates are estimates until confirmed. Risk in products passes to the Customer when they are delivered to the agreed location. Title passes only when full payment has been received, to the extent such retention is valid. The Customer must promptly arrange secure storage of delivered products pending installation.
Inspection, acceptance and documentation
After installation, the agreed functional test is performed with the Customer where reasonably practicable. Visible transit damage and quantities must be checked on receipt. Other defects must be notified in writing without unreasonable delay after they were or should have been discovered. Delivery is deemed accepted when the agreed acceptance test is approved or the Customer puts the solution into normal operation, except for documented outstanding items.
Delay, changes and cancellation
A party must notify an expected delay without undue delay. Time is extended reasonably for obstacles outside the party's control or where the Customer fails to meet its prerequisites. For a material delay caused by the seller, the Customer may terminate the delayed part after granting a reasonable additional period in writing. If the Customer cancels or reschedules a confirmed delivery, the Customer reimburses work already performed, ordered non-returnable products, return and freight costs and other evidenced direct costs.
Warranty, claims and liability
The seller will remedy defects in installation work notified within 12 months of acceptance and caused by the seller's or installer's work. Hardware is covered by the relevant manufacturer's transferable warranty as stated in the quote. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modification, the Customer's or third-party systems, inadequate site conditions or events outside the seller's control.
The seller's liability follows the limitation in the account and service terms unless the quote expressly states otherwise. The Customer must provide reasonable access for troubleshooting and remedy. A valid warranty claim first entitles the Customer to repair or replacement and then a reasonable price reduction; termination applies only to a material defect not remedied within a reasonable time.
Product warranties, installation responsibility and any manufacturer warranties must be kept distinct. No certification or warranty may be claimed without verifiable evidence.
