What is covered
This page covers cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage used by nexroom. We distinguish necessary storage from optional product analytics.
Current code inventory
The table is generated from the same code-owned inventory used to verify the website. Dynamic cookie names are shown as patterns. Supabase controls the exact lifetime of the authentication session.

Consent and necessary storage
Necessary storage is used for features you explicitly request, such as language choice, sign-in, secure account recovery, a package handoff and recovery of an in-progress Room Builder draft. It cannot be disabled in nexroom's settings because the service could then not provide the feature securely.
Product analytics is optional and remains off until you actively choose to allow it. You can refuse as easily as you allow and change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics events but does not automatically erase data already processed lawfully.
Product telemetry and network data
After you consent, nexroom may send limited first-party events to the same website to understand which product journeys are used and whether they work. Events contain an event type, time and limited product dimensions, but no dedicated analytics identifier in the payload. Server and platform logs may nevertheless include IP address, user agent and session cookies. The analytics choice is stored in localStorage and proven to the endpoint with a cookie for up to 180 days.
Managing storage
You can open Cookie settings on this page to allow or refuse product analytics. You can also delete site data in your browser settings. This may sign you out, reset your language choice and remove unconsumed handoffs or local drafts.
Your optional analytics choice
Open settings to allow, reject or withdraw optional product analytics. Necessary storage is not affected.
